VIP Account System Security Upgraded: Complete Registration

Attention Players:
To better serve our players, the TQ team has made some useful upgrades to the VIP account system! The upgraded system will offer better protection against account theft, and ensure that your account stays yours! VIP players will need to fill out the data requested on the form, to continue use of the VIP system.
You should complete your new VIP profile as follows:
1. Login to the VIP Center, and the system will automatically direct you to the VIP profile page.
2. Login to the Customer Service Center, then click "Complete Registration" to fill out the information requested on the form.
The system will require you to validate the account's security information, before you can proceed to the next step. If you happen to have forgotten your security information, you should:
1. Retrieve it with an Account Issue case
2. Once you have it, change your security information to something you can remember, but that is not easy to guess.
